Step 3 – We’ll meet you at the property and if it makes sense for everyone we will sign the paperwork.
Step 4 – We close at a local reputable Attorney’s office, and sign the final paperwork so that you can just move on with your life. We take care of everything else.
Timeframe: Once we get your info and have a phone conversation, we’re usually able to make an appointment to see the house most times same day or next days. From there, we can close as quickly as 7 days… or on your schedule…. EASY and FAST!
